This course describes the mass communication theories: 4 relevant developments will be considered. The first one is descriptive, the second theoretical and the third and fourth combine both description and theory into teaching models. On a more practical side, it will be studied the on-line for foreign languages and Italian to foreigners, reality, that covers more than 3 million immigrants, as well as thousands of students foreigners coming to Italy for Erasmus or study our language.
