The course examines the main types of education and training and community services which illustrates some examples of intervention actions that the educator has to perform. Actions that are carried out in constant dialogue with social institutions taking into account the social transformations under way in a constructive dialogue with the national and local political dimension.

Learning Objectives
Knowledge and understanding of the complexity and multiplicity of local services for training. Knowledge of a range of services in which the professional educator is called to work, with some examples for different age groups. Acquisition of basic pedagogical skills to work in educational services in the area, including meetings with experts working in various sectors in the territory.

Traditional lectures and group work.
Type of Assessment
Will be carried out mid-term tests through thematic discussions with the elaboration - individually or in small groups - of short texts whose result is average with that of the final assessment. Final assessment must be in written form through a questionnaire with open and closed answers on the texts in the syllabus and materials presented in the classroom. In each exam session the student will have 60 minutes to answer questions.
