Course program
History on trial. Transitional justice in Contemporary age.
From a historical point of view (open to political and juridical connections) we'll analyse some cases of "closing the books with the past" in the XX and XXi centuries in the world.
Will be analyzed and discussed, throught exercitations by the students, some sources:
Literature, jorunalism and memorial ones; media (TV and cinema ); judiciary ones.
