The course aims to deepen the knowledge of Greek Hellenistic and Late-antique poetry.
Prerequisites
A good knowledge of Greek language and of Hellenistic poetics is requested.

Type of Assessment
The final exam aims to verify the student's knowledge through an oral test concerning the topics discussed during the course. Particular importance will be given to the ability of the student to put in a literary, historical and philosophical context the topics learned.

A commentary of some passages of Callimachus' Hecale and of Coluthos' Rape of Helen and Musaeus' Hero and Leander.
