Before leaving, you must ensure that you complete all procedures required by the University of Florence and by the host university.
Application for enrolment
Check the procedures and deadlines for Erasmus Incoming students on the website of your host university and in the emails sent by the partner university with the instructions for you to follow.
It is your responsibility to submit all required documents within the deadlines set by the host institution; otherwise, the host institution may refuse your application.
Learning Agreement
Before departure, you must prepare your Learning Agreement, the document that outlines the study activities you intend to carry out abroad and how these will be recognised by UNIFI.
Instructions:
Fees and enrolment at the University of Florence:
As an Erasmus student, you must be regularly enrolled at the University of Florence and are required to pay tuition fees within the deadlines set by the University.
Financial Contract
Before your departure, you will receive an email from the Student Mobility Office (Via della Pergola, 60) regarding the signing of the financial contract.
Without signing the contract, it is not possible to obtain Erasmus+ student status.
Online Linguistic Support
Before departure or at the beginning of your mobility period, you have the option to take an online language test, as required by the European Commission.
More information about these tests can be found at: erasmusplusols.eu/it/.
The test does not replace any official language certificates required by the host university.
