Upon arrival, you must have the Attestation of Mobility Period completed by the International Relations Office of the Host University in the “ARRIVAL” section, ensuring that there are no handwritten corrections in the date indicated by the Host University or in your personal details.
Within a few days, you must send the Attestation to outgoing.erasmus@unifi.it in order to receive the first instalment of your mobility grant, in accordance with the deadlines set out in your financial contract.
N.B. As stated in the financial contract signed before departure, payment of the first instalment is also conditional upon receipt of the Learning Agreement (L.A.), duly completed and approved by both the Sending Institution and the Receiving Institution.
1) IF YOU COMPLETED YOUR LEARNING AGREEMENT ONLINE THROUGH EWP
Once the first Learning Agreement has been approved by the UNIFI Academic Coordinator and by the Academic Coordinator at the Host University, you may make changes if necessary (“changes to the Learning Agreement”).
Important:
You cannot attend a course abroad or sit the exam if the activity has not been previously included in the Learning Agreement.
Changes must be made at the beginning of the semester, not at the end.
To make a change to the LA:
The new Learning Agreement must also be approved by the UNIFI Academic Coordinator and the Host University. To ensure that the new activities can be recognised upon your return, it is important to complete the process in good time before your expected return date.
When you click New Learning Agreement, its status changes from Approved to Draft.
If you do not wish to proceed with the changes, you can always delete the draft by clicking Delete draft.
2) IF YOU COMPLETED THE FIRST LA IN PRINT FORMAT (NON-EU)
The “Changes to the Learning Agreement” form must be completed in full.
Fill in the last column carefully, clearly indicating the code and name of the corresponding Italian exam.
Only the changes made with respect to the courses listed in the original Learning Agreement must be included in the “Changes to the Learning Agreement” form. Courses that remain unchanged must not be listed in the variation form.
Permitted changes are:
You may also carry out your curricular internship as part of your Erasmus+ for Studies experience. Remember that:
Only one change form per semester may be submitted. The deadlines for sending the form to our office are:

Request for Extension
If you intend to request an extension, you must plan it in advance (at least one month before the expiry date of the mobility grant already awarded) in order to obtain authorisation from the Host University.
An extension may be requested only once, and the total mobility period, including the extension, may not exceed 12 months and must end by 30 September.
To extend your mobility period, at least one month before your expected return date you must:
Remember:
For justified reasons of force majeure, you may interrupt your stay abroad by notifying both the Coordinator at the partner university and the School Erasmus Office of the reasons for your early return.
The normal procedure for closing the mobility period must be followed both at the Host University and at UNIFI.
Regarding the financial contribution, the unused portion of the grant must be returned.
For study periods shorter than 2 full months (60 days), no financial contribution will be granted.
In case of serious impediment, you may withdraw from the Erasmus+ mobility grant by sending a written declaration of withdrawal, including your full name, student number, degree programme, destination university, and reason for withdrawal, to both the School Erasmus Office and the University Central Erasmus Office.
It is the student’s responsibility to notify the Host University of their withdrawal.
