Duration of the Traineeship
Traineeships must last between 2 and 12 months. Traineeships shorter than two months are not eligible for funding.
All activities must be completed by 30 September of the academic year indicated in the selection notice; otherwise, the grant will be withdrawn. The grant will be paid based on the actual number of mobility days.
Periods of mobility that overlap between pre-graduation and post-graduation are not permitted, nor are overlaps — even partial — between an Erasmus study period and an Erasmus traineeship period.
Those intending to carry out a post-graduation traineeship must submit their application before completing their degree and must begin and complete the traineeship within 12 months of graduation, and in any case, within the time limits specified in the call (30 September of the academic year of the selection notice). For recent graduates, the months of Erasmus+ Traineeship completed after graduation count towards the total months available for the study cycle during which the application was submitted.
