Additional notes for Responsible Lecturers (or Erasmus Delegates for Degree Programmes)
The information for students in the section ‘Erasmus Mobility: what you need to know’ largely coincides with what the Degree Programme Delegates responsible for authorising Learning Agreements (LAs) need to know. Students’ Learning Agreements completed online are automatically assigned by the system to the Erasmus Delegate of the student’s degree programme (CdS).
Each degree programme has assigned a responsible lecturer according to the list on the School’s website
The Erasmus Delegated Lecturer receives a notification that an LA is awaiting their approval and, using their University credentials to access online services, logs in to their personal area of the GCS application and views the LA.
At this point in the process, the lecturer performs the necessary operations as instructed in the handbook (vademecum).
