Course Content
The language of journalism and advertising. Particular attention will be given to functional, lexical, phonological, grammatical, syntactic and rhetorical features of such texts. Analysis and writing of promotional texts.
The course is for students in the degree course of humanistic sciences in communication. The course will examine key features in the language of news and advertising texts.
Prerequisites
The language level of English is B2 (CEFR).
Teaching Methods
The lessons are based on the lecture notes and students are encouraged to interact with the professor.
