The development of English lexis, the concept of loan words, the relationship between context and lexical choice, basic rules of English morphology and syntax, analysis of texts. Apart from Prof. Brownlees’s lessons there is also the ‘lettorato’ (work and practice in Writing and Phonology). The language level of the course is B2.

Type of Assessment - Last names A-L
Prof. Brownlees’s test is written, while the lettorato involves both spoken and written features of English. To get the 12 cfu (credits) students must also pass a B2 test. The course is a one-year course lasting both semesters.
