Enrolment procedure

You need to complete your web pre-registration as soon as you receive our email with instructions.

Once you arrive in Florence, you must send your proof of travel (boarding pass, train ticket, autostrada toll receipt) to the Erasmus Desk (erasmusdesk-presnovoli(AT)unifi.it) in order to complete your enrolment and receive your student number (matricola). 

You will also receive a provisional password (date of birth), which together with your student number will serve as your credentials to access all online services.

Students are requested to change the password at the first access.

If you loose the student number or the password, please contact the Erasmus Desk at erasmusdesk-presnovoli(AT)unifi.it

Please consider that the date of the beginning of the classes will be the date of the beginning of your Erasmus mobility.
