The Erasmus+ program offers students the opportunity to study (2 to 12 months) at one of the partner universities with which the School of Humanities and Education has an agreement.
It is possible to take university courses and use the facilities available at the host institution without paying additional fees, with the guarantee of recognition of the study period abroad through the registration of the credits earned within one's career.
The Erasmus+ Program makes it possible to enjoy cultural experiences abroad, learn about new higher education systems, improve foreign language skills and meet young people from other countries, actively participating in building an increasingly united Europe.
The call for applications in the Erasmus+ Program for Studies is published annually, and departures refer to the academic year following the year of the call's publication.

The procedures described below apply to students who have already obtained Erasmus+ student status. Procedures and documentation may change, so make sure you check your UNIFI institutional email and both the School and University international mobility pages regularly.
What to do
Also note:
Your mobility period at the host university:
The minimum duration of the Erasmus+ mobility is 60 days. Fractions of a month (single days) will be paid proportionally. Only mobility days actually completed and certified by the study period certificate form will be paid.
Also note:
Erasmus+ mobility scholarships are linked to the studies and/or activities carried out abroad, so students who do not complete any study activities and do not earn at least 6 credits or who do not apply for recognition of the activities incurred within thirty days of their return from the mobility and in any case no later than 15 October 2024, will have to return the full amount of the funding received.
Also note:
The forms to be used are those provided by the University of Florence. If the host university asks you to fill out forms on their letterhead, you should still always have to fill in the forms required by the University of Florence as well since they are necessary for the recognition of your mobility and exams.
