Here, nursing mothers are welcome
As of 31 May 2019, the Baby Pit Stop, a pilot project of the University of Florence, is operating. It is a protected space where you can change and breastfeed your baby.
An extendable chair for more comfortable breastfeeding, a changing table, a microwave oven for warming baby bottles, small toys, fabric books, and pop-ups made in the laboratories of the School of Humanities and Education's courses. The University's students, faculty and technical-administrative staff are welcome to use this room.
The room will be accessible from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (second floor, presidency corridor). Please ask the concierge staff for the key.
